  • It isn’t a nightclub.
  • And it doesn’t need to be.

Wood-fired food. Serious wine. Cocktails with personality. Music worth hearing. A garden worth lingering in.

What River House is made of

Five forces, one evening.

Not five departments. Five things that happen at once, in one garden, until someone turns the lights down.

one night.
The oven, bread, pizza, fish, vegetables and the warmth of cooking.

01 / 05

Fire

The oven, bread, pizza, fish, vegetables and the warmth of cooking.

Two friends sharing dinner and a bottle of wine

The fire

Put it in the middle.

Food here is meant to be shared.

  • Tear the bread.
  • Pass the plate.
  • Order another bottle.
  • Put the pizza in the middle.
  • Try something you haven’t had before.
  • Stay another hour.

The menu moves with Miami and with the seasons, but the idea stays the same: food is better when there’s somebody sitting across from you.

The bar

Wine without the homework.

Some nights you know exactly what you want.

Other nights you want somebody to surprise you.

River House makes room for both.

Interesting bottles. Great wines by the glass. Old friends and new discoveries.

Ask the bar

  • Ask us what we’re drinking.
  • Or don’t.
  • Just pour another glass.
Musicians on congas and double bass, playing in the house

The music

Music is part of the architecture.

  1. A1Some nights are made for jazz.
  2. A2Some for soul.
  3. A3Some for Latin rhythms.
  4. B1Some for Brazilian sounds and bossa nova.
  5. B2Some nights need a DJ.
  6. B3Some nights need almost nothing at all.

At River House, music isn’t entertainment placed on top of the experience. It’s part of the experience.

The secret

What’s inside the bus?

  • “This is a great wine bar tucked away in the hustle and bustle of Brickell! It's at the oldest hotel in Miami so there's a nice touch of history there too. Staff is so friendly, the wine selection is diverse so there's something for everyone. I am a sommelier and I especially recommend this wine bar!”

    Abigail Cifarelli · June 2025

  • “Best wine bar in Miami. I've been to many and the ambiance, service, wine selection, and food is amazing… The pizza is to die for, so perfect. Also the charcuterie is amazing, you get to select your own cheeses and chorizos/hams. Third time here in a week, I like this place so much.”

    Eitan · June 2025

  • “Everything was absolutely amazing, but what stood out the most was the bar service… The atmosphere, the attention, and the overall experience were top-notch. Congratulations to the whole team, we'll definitely be coming back!”

    Anto Armanini · July 2025

  • “Charcuterie options were great - being able to build your own and have it prepped for you was very cool. And they have decent pizza available there that's cooked on the spot. Overall, a welcome addition and a place I'll be happy to return to.”

Kevin Barry Cook · July 2025

  • “Such an ideal place for cocktails with friends. Music is very on brand and it is beautifully designed and decorated.”
