Four houses. One very unlikely hotel.
Each has its own character. Each room has its own story.
What you won’t find
- There are no corridors that disappear into the distance.
- No identical rooms.
- No elevator lobby.
- No sense that you could be anywhere.
Miami 1908 is four historic houses gathered around a garden.
Each has its own character. Each room has its own story.
Some have old floors beneath your feet. Some have original details you won’t find in a new hotel. Some look onto the garden. Some feel tucked away.
- They’re not perfect.
- They’re real.
- And that’s the point.

The Historical Houses
Standard Queen Room
Each Standard Queen is decorated individually, because each of these rooms was originally a different family's bedroom and the cottages never agreed on a floor plan. Some have a mantel. Some have a corner of two windows. None of them are the same room twice.
What they share is the quiet: thick old wood, a garden below, and no corridor of identical doors stretching away in either direction.

Deluxe Double Room
The Deluxe rooms occupy the more generous corners of the houses - the ones with space for a chair by the window and a proper bathroom rather than one carved out of a former closet.
The colour comes from the buildings themselves. Sage, coral, river blue: the same palette the Painted Ladies have worn on the outside for a century, brought indoors.

Superior Double Room
The Superior rooms are where the restoration is most visible: reupholstered antique furniture, ornate Spanish tile in the bath, nautical fixtures that nod to the working river a few yards away.
They are the rooms guests ask for by name on a second visit, usually after standing in one for about four seconds on the first.

- Restored antique furnishings

Rates change with the season, so they live in the booking engine rather than here.

Morning
The garden, before anyone else is up.
The evenings belong to River House. The mornings are quieter - the pool, the porches, and the garden before the day starts.

Some places are better in real life
Stay awhile. Then stay a little longer.
Every room is different. Explore the houses, find the room that feels like yours, and settle in.
