Superior Double Room
The largest of the historical rooms - a king bed, a sitting corner, and the best of the restored detail.

The Historical Houses
Then the room.
The Superior rooms are where the restoration is most visible: reupholstered antique furniture, ornate Spanish tile in the bath, nautical fixtures that nod to the working river a few yards away.
They are the rooms guests ask for by name on a second visit, usually after standing in one for about four seconds on the first.
